Job Description | Full-Time, Tenure-Track Instructor/Assistant Professor of Maternal Child Health & Medical Surgical Nursing in the Nursing Department beginning August 2018. |

Responsibilities | Candidate will be required to teach theory and clinical teaching in the areas of maternal child health nursing as well as medical-surgical nursing in the undergraduate baccalaureate nursing program. Courses may be face to face or online. If the candidate holds nurse practitioner licensure, assignments may also include online courses as well as clinical supervision for family nurse practitioner students. |
Required Qualifications | Candidates must possess a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree, with a doctoral degree required for tenure. Candidate must have clinical experience in Maternal/Newborn and pediatric nursing as well as medical-surgical nursing. Pennsylvania RN Licensure required |
Preferred Qualifications | Doctorate degree. |
Specific Duties | This position may be assigned to perform work at off-campus sites and/or provide instruction through distance education. |
